We wanted to make earning Cash Back Rewards easy for our younger members. This account was created for the youngest spender through age 24 and modeled after our Cash Back Checking account. Earn rewards simply by signing up for eDocuments and using the Expedition Debit and/or Credit Card!

Expedition's Free Student Cash Back rewards account offers up to 2% cash back on every debit/credit card purchase up to $500 spent per month1.

That's up to $10 in Cash Back Rewards each month if monthly qualifications are met!

Monthly qualifications are easy!
Simply be enrolled in eDocuments - electronic statements and notices - through online or mobile banking. That's it to qualify to earn monthly rewards!

And if you meet the monthly qualifications, you also get refunded up to $20 per month in domestic ATM Surcharge Fees2 from machines outside of our network of over 60,000 surcharge-fee ATMs.

Card Alerts and Controls

Card Alerts and Controls provide cardholders with more insights and assist you with managing your spending. Set up alerts to get notified when your card is used to help prevent fraud and card controls can be used to lock a lost card, limit types of retailers, the amount spent per day, and more! If your student is under age 18, ask a representative how to have alerts and controls available for the parent or guardian on the account.

Student Cash Back Checking:
1 The Student Cash Back Checking account is available to members under age 25. The month after attaining age 25, the account will automatically convert to a Cash Back Checking Account. If monthly qualifications are met, receive 2% cash back on debit/credit purchases that post to and settle to account during monthly qualification cycle up to a total cash back of $10 per qualification cycle. Transactions may take one or more banking days from the date transaction was made to post to and settle an account. Credit Card purchases posting on the last day of the month will count towards the next qualification cycle. ATM-processed transactions do not count towards qualifying card transactions. “Monthly Qualification Cycle” means a period beginning on the first day of the calendar month through the last day of the calendar month.
